      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deploy enterprise-grade remote access solutions ensuring fast, reliable connectivity for diverse users
      - Architect and maintain global Cisco network environments to maximize uptime and performance
      - Implement dynamic routing protocols and Quality of Service to prioritize critical application traffic
      - Deploy monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting end users
      - Mentor network engineers on architecture standards and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
      - 10+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, including significant experience with remote access technologies
      - Proven experience supporting large-scale, global Cisco network environments
      - Strong expertise in enterprise networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and others
      - Hands-on experience with VPN and remote access platforms such as Cisco AnyConnect and Zscaler

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or GCP
      - Proficiency with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds
      - Scripting or automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
      - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
      - A user-centric mindset with a passion for improving digital employee experiences
