What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the collection and interpretation of category insights using data from Walmart Scintilla and Sam’s Club Madrid
- Develop shopper-centric strategies that drive category success by translating data insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence Commercial team on trade negotiations and category management strategies
- Provide insights into customer segmentation to the Connected Commerce and Marketing teams
- Prepare clear and impactful presentations to communicate actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 8-10 years of experience in category management, shopper insights, sales, and data analytics
- Proven track record of leadership, dependability, and achieving results
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
