Job Description

- $19-$30 an hour *Not including Cash Tips!*
- 10% Commission on Product/Tool Sales
- Products/Tools range from $14-$200
- 20% Commission on Add-on Services
- Something as simple as a $15 Service to one of our $25 Premium Services
- $5 or $10 Commission on Membership Sales
- Barfly Single or Barfly Double
- Want to Grow with Drybar? There are several ways to grow with us! From Stylist to Shiftlead, all the way to Management. We always encourage to #Alwaysbegrowing
- Grow your Clientele! We are ok with you promoting your other business to our clients, in fact we encourage you to!
- Paid Training (After on the floor for 30 days)

- Blowouts on us Sun-Thurs + 40% off Products
- Pay Increases after 6 months + 18 months
- Working a Weekly Weekend Shift (Saturday or Sunday)
- Must work a minimum of 2 Shifts a week
- A current and valid cosmetology or barbers license for the state of TN
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team
