      Inviting applications for the role of Cost Analyst – Assistant Manager – Polish – Remote Poland

      In this role, resource expected to assess the cost associated with aircraft engine maintenance and repaid and do a detailed variance analysis and help the business to understand the root causes.

      Responsibilities

      • Optimizing and controlling the costs associated with aircraft maintenance and repair.

      • Should do variance analysis and do deep dive study to get to right root cause.

      • Managing and assessing that all necessary controls are in place to execute the end-to-end process smoothly as per contract Agreement.

      • Should understand the different kind of contracts and terms & conditions pertaining to it.

      • Report out the variance to the stakeholder and drive improvements to the contract.

      • Should be able to drive customer interaction and work independently.

      • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

      • Should be a team player and willing to work across various projects. Should be able to perform Value stream Mapping, Process health Check, Process compliance with contract terms and conditions. Add valuable inputs in taking the process to next level. [List the important/tangible responsibilities with an active verb. Lead/Deliver/Manage/Mentor/Map/Work/Own as examples]

      Qualifications we seek in you!

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor degree in Finance / Engineering

      • Proficiency in MS office tools

      Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

      • Aerospace background is preferred

      • Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in inspecting items and documenting findings

      • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems: Familiarity with systems for tracking and managing inventory.

      • Ready to take new challenges.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Ability to work under pressure
