      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets
      - Provide detailed analysis on cost risks, issues, and mitigations to project managers and clients
      - Develop project accruals and forecast reports, including detailed updates as required
      - Support earned value analysis and development of project control plans
      - Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in cost management for capital projects
      - Proven experience in complex, matrixed environments
      - Expertise in Excel and experience within the construction industry; additional life sciences experience preferred
      - Exemplary oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on teams within the life sciences sector
      - Familiarity with developing project estimates and contract negotiations
      - Background in value engineering exercises
      - Knowledge of cost management procedures for construction projects
