Develop, implement, and maintain cost control processes across projects.
Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts.
Oversee procurement activities and support tender evaluations.
Generate and present cost reports, including variance analyses, to stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage cost-related risks.
Monitor cost variances and manage contract cash flow.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Promote continuous improvement in cost management processes.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
10+ years of experience in construction cost management, PQS, or contractor/developer roles.
Demonstrated track record on high-value infrastructure projects.
Experience supporting cost management in major project environments.
Proven ability to influence and drive process improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting principles.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Project Management, or Cost Management.
CMA or equivalent professional certification (desirable).
