      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set up and maintain contracts in the Costpoint accounting system
      - Ensure documentation for contract set-up and modifications is up-to-date
      - Initiate contract kick-off briefing meetings and manage multiple program tasks
      - Review contract documents for accurate initial set-up to optimize program execution
      - Collaborate with team members to resolve contract set-up issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
      - Understanding of US Government contract terms and conditions preferred
      - Customer service experience preferred
      - Previous program coordination or contracts experience is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a related field
      - Familiarity with Costpoint accounting software
      - Knowledge of FAR, CAS, GAAP, and 2 CFR 200 regulations
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
