      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for court operations and provide guidance to team members on policies and procedures
      - Generate and maintain reports and statistics; identify issues and present findings to supervisors
      - Train new court operations staff and provide ongoing training on updated policies and procedures
      - Review legal documents for compliance and accuracy, ensuring adherence to court rules and statutes
      - Respond to inquiries via phone, mail, and email, providing exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Court Operations Associate or equivalent
      - Extensive knowledge of court operations, policies, procedures, and legal terminology
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MNCIS data entry, and relevant court technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of current Juvenile Division policies and procedures
      - Experience in de-escalating customer disputes and providing technical training
      - Familiarity with complex financial case processing
      - Experience in reviewing work for accuracy and developing training materials
      - Background in expungement processing
