      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and maintain various reports and statistics, identifying issues and summarizing findings for supervisors
      - Train new court operations staff on current procedures and prepare training materials as necessary
      - Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court rules and statutes
      - Manage court calendars and communicate changes to all parties involved
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for complex case processing situations and provide guidance to team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of at least two (2) years of experience as a Court Operations Associate or equivalent experience
      - Considerable knowledge of court procedures, policies, and legal terminology
      - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of current Hennepin County District Court Probate/Mental Health Division policies and procedures
      - Experience resolving customer disputes and clarifying applicable guidelines
      - Experience providing technical and procedural training
      - Experience reviewing the work of others for accuracy and providing feedback
      - Experience writing job procedures and developing training materials
