      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the retail media network, driving revenue growth
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPG industry to expand the client base
      - Oversee the media brief, planning, execution, and reporting processes for client campaigns
      - Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and client deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in retail media networks, CPG, and sales
      - Proven experience in selling retail media campaigns, including B2B sales and lead generation
      - Strong relationship-building skills with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
      - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and data analysis for campaign performance metrics
