What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct remote and on-site visits to monitor investigator sites
- Ensure protocol and regulatory compliance
- Manage documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Facilitate communication between investigative sites, client company, and project team
- Complete administrative tasks such as expense reports and timesheets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or Registered Nursing certification
- Minimum 1-year experience as a clinical research monitor
- Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of ICH GCPs and applicable regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in risk-based monitoring
- Knowledge of medical terminology and therapeutic areas
- Ability to manage Risk Based Monitoring concepts and processes
- Strong digital literacy skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
