What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute field inventory strategies to achieve Service, Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence, Gains and Losses (SOGL) and Freight goals
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective inventory management and logistics
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Provide regular on-call support and communicate inventory management initiatives with sales teams
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive action to implement changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record, subject to regular review
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt Certification
- APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to travel overnight on short notice as needed
