What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field inventory strategies and coordinate with internal and external partners
- Support inventory repositioning and manage short-dated and stagnant inventory
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely product availability for patient care
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain levels at customer accounts
- Provide on-call support for critical business needs and travel as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a remote setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Interest in transitioning into clinical roles such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
