      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage field inventory strategies and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure optimal inventory levels
      - Support inventory repositioning and management for emergent case needs
      - Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to enhance customer experience and product availability
      - Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure proper handling of expired or short-dated inventory at customer accounts
      - Provide on-call support during critical business needs and maintain compliance with FDA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
      - Valid driver's license with a clean record
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in inventory management within a supply chain or distribution environment
      - Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and other related software
      - Interest in pursuing a clinical field-based role and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma)
      - Proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
      - Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution
