What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute field inventory strategies and initiatives to meet Service, Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence, Gains and Losses (SOGL), and Freight goals
- Coordinate inventory management activities with field-based employees and internal teams
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts, ensuring effective product management
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies at customer accounts
- Provide on-call support and travel locally, including overnight trips as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with no experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- High aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar
- Interest in pursuing a clinical field-based role such as Clinical Specialist or District Manager
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
