Proven experience in ideation of campaign concepts, writing creative copy across multiple channels.
Ability to work with UX, Design, SEO and Social.
Solid agency or in-house experience developing campaign content and implementing feedback.
A positive and collaborative can-do attitude.
Must demonstrate ability to produce high quality copywriting, work to deadlines and brief with brilliant stakeholder management.
Starting salary between Circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Creative Copywriting Manager
Circa £45,000
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aviva in-house Creative studio, within our Customer & Marketing department. Do you enjoy working with designers whose pictures paint a thousand words, but what you love most is using your own words to paint a picture every bit as compelling? Then we might have just the role for you.
We are looking for an experienced Creative Writer Manager with brilliant collaborative and communication skills. You’ll be a guardian of our brand tone of voice and when it comes to copy, you know one size doesn’t fit all. You’ll get to be involved in all types of copy and campaigns working with teams including Designers, Social and more.
A bit about the job:
You’ll be working as part of a newly formed, small, friendly team of 7 talented people that make up GI Content & Creative squad sitting within the wider Centre of Excellence. The squad are responsible for the successful development and delivery of through-the-line marketing campaigns that support the GI business strategy and KPI’s. We have a clear vision to be the number 1 insurer in the UK and the team plays a fundamental role in the success of Aviva achieving this goal, working closely with colleagues across the business in the process.
You’ll play a key part in generating concepts and campaigns, including developing the campaign messaging framework. You’ll be delivering a portfolio of high quality, compelling copywriting solutions to brief that communicates the business objective, customer insight and brand requirements, managing multiple project timelines in line with GI C&M priorities. You’ll be applying strong TOV knowledge across all digital channels and social formats including paid media, organic social, YouTube, Discovery and pMax.
