      What You’ll Do

      TTEC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director with a strong focus on B2B creative work to join our dynamic team. In partnership with the Denver-based creative team, the Creative Director will play a pivotal role in leading and executing creative strategies and initiatives in support of our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, process, and leadership abilities to drive impactful visual communication solutions that resonate with our target audience.

      You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing.

      During a Typical Day, You'll

      · In support of TTEC’s sales and marketing objectives, oversee the creative execution and quality of all B2B marketing and sales materials, including presentations, proposals, environmental graphics, videos, infographics, webinars, social media, and events.

      · Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience insights.

      · Build, lead, and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, motion graphics designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, to deliver high-quality creative work that meets brand standards and business goals.

      · Provide strategic direction and creative guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to final execution.

      · Ensure consistency and alignment of the TTEC brand identity, voice, and tone across all B2B creative work.

      · Stay updated on the latest international trends, best practices, and technologies in B2B creative work, and share insights and recommendations with the team.

      · Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

      What You Bring to the Role

      · Degree in Graphic Design, Video, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field with experience leading and mentoring creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

      · Proven experience (8+ years) in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B creative work across various mediums and channels that demonstrate creativity, process, innovation, and impact.

      · Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).

      · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

      · Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of business objectives and audience needs.
