      ABOUT THIS ROLE
      We’re looking for a creative problem solver who is passionate about telling stories and bringing them to life with art direction and design that makes the technical feel human and authentic. You must be comfortable working across all mediums. You're a conceptual thinker and storyteller who can visualize your ideas in new and inspiring ways. You have a strong point of view on concept, design, product design and art direction. When you decide to make something, you see your vision through from concept to launch.
      In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to play a central role in the way we build technologies — ensuring they are valuable, easy to use and of the highest level of craft and execution.
      You’ll be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. We’ll expect you to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design and visual design skills, while contributing to high-level strategic decisions with product and executive partners.

      RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Works as a design team for marketing and product within the central brand design org
      • Serves as a bridge between the product and marketing teams to establish overarching brand systems (like type, color, iconography, illustration, UI and motion
      • Leads implementation (in partnership with many XFN teams) across product experiences and marketing.
      • Lead guideline development and maintenance for these systems as they are developed.
      • Elevate and raise the quality of design craft.
      • Leads brand ongoing governance and support.
      • Focused on creative inspiration, cultural relevance and emerging technologies.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
      • 8+ years experience with product design, building global consumer brands.
      • Portfolio exhibits conceptually driven work, a proven understanding of design best practices, interactive experience, technical skills and craftsmanship.
      • Experience building strategic design systems.
      • Experience partnering with and presenting to executive stakeholders.
      • Experience with integrated design work: marketing, product and experiential.
      • Proven fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
      • Experience partnering with eng teams to deliver product brand assets, icons.
      • Knowledge of Lottie
      • Ability to prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
      • Self-starter with excellent communications skills
      • Understanding of product design systems, UX/UI trends and best practices
      • Strong verbal and written communication
      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
      • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence.
      • Knowledge of iOS, Android and WWW design.
      • Proven fluency with Cinema4D.
      • Experience with motion design such as After Effect

      BENEFITS SUMMARY: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
