Job Description

- Audit and evolve Xumo's visual identity system and make recommendations for updates
- Create UX mockups as needed for partner marketing needs
- Responsible for creating, reviewing and approving digital ads for paid media
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all consumer touchpoints including, advertisements, product packaging, lifecycle communications, social media, etc.
- People leader- team of 2, responsible for hiring & onboarding new team members
- Position is office based 4 days/week & 1 day remote. Preferred location is Philadelphia, PA & secondary option is Irvine, CA.
- Directs and monitors the overall activities of the Design department, developing and implementing the creative direction of design projects.
- Follows through on every project from beginning to end, with a high degree of communication.
- Leads and directs design staff, from non-exempt to management, in the development and implementation of design concepts.
- Reviews and approves art work.
- Represents the department in cross-departmental meetings and projects and to outside clients and vendors.
- Assists in negotiating for resources and equipment that effect performance.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Responsible for directing and controlling Xumo brand and visual identity and the overall design activities for Xumo. Sets the creative direction and look and feel for assigned art and design work. Understands the creative objectives and needs of both internal, external and partner co-branding executions. Ensures the development of design concepts to meet business needs. Leads the creation of designs and art work. Mentors the creative staff and serves as the primary creative critic. Assists with developing budget and monitors budget spending. Develops and enforces design strategy, procedures and standards.

This job can be performed in California with a Pay Range of $154,041.78 - $241,565.52Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education
Bachelor's Degree: Graphic Design While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.Certifications (if applicable)
