What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a Creative Lead to join our marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting strategy into creative briefs and translating them into effective creative solutions. This will include developing the overall design elements of a project, overseeing the creation of art elements, and ensuring that the final product matches the original design concept. Often working with tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.

The Creative Lead will ultimately be responsible for leading the development and execution of all creative communication across all channels. The role will report into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Study and analyze campaign and audience targeting strategy to build detailed creative briefings for internal and external partners.
• Ensure that all the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
• Manage the design and development of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget, with both the internal team and third-party agencies.
• Lead a team of designers and developers, providing guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure creative projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Leading creative conception and campaign development across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Liaising with Brand, Paid Search, and CRM teams regularly to review creative performance against KPIs, to adapt and optimize current and future creative creation.

What You Will Need:

• 5 -7 years of experience
• Undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, typography, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Ad Content creation (images, videos, and copy) for paid and owned media initiatives like Paid Search, Paid Social and Email Marketing.
• Experience managing a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Ability to work with internal teams to understand detailed requirements and determine a creative vision that matches internal briefs.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies

The starting annual base pay for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary based on candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to the base pay, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as part of the compensation package.
