As the Lead UI/UX Designer & Business Liaison, you will spearhead the design team in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences while serving as a key interface between the design team and business stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in user-centered design to drive innovative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design to develop user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and gather cross-functional input.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between design initiatives and business goals.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and user benefits.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design audiences.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
