- Lead the UI/UX design to develop user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.
- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and gather cross-functional input.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between design initiatives and business goals.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and user benefits.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design audiences.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
