Set and drive the vision and goals for the creative brand direction in all content and communications for one of the three brands.
Lead and inspire the team and participate in creating a high functioning and creative team, where everyone can utilize their full potential.
Plan, manage and execute content creation and projects from creative idea to customer experience and final deliverables, including moving content.
Support and work cross-functionally with relevant departments to ensure the overall visual direction and expression of the brand.
Keep yourself updated on customer behaviour, communication trends within fashion, lifestyle, art, music, and digital entertainment to constantly develop the experience and progress the brand.
A degree in design, graphic arts, fine arts or communications
Minimum 5 years experience from senior creative roles, on agency or client side
Confidence in creating both moving and still imagery content for various kinds of communication channels, mainly digital
Proven track record of delivering and executing on creative strategies that drive business results with customer-centric approach to creative and strategic work

The Creative Lead role is a pivotal role for our business, focused on being the creative visionary and strategist for the brand, to build preference over time, and by doing so reach our vision.

As a Creative lead you have experience of leading, motivating and coaching other creatives to reach set goals. You are confidence working in a fast-paced environment and proficient in English.

This is a fulltime position, either based at Weekday’s Head Office in Stockholm Sweden, or where you have an opportunity working remote.
