Job Description

- Providing support with execution and initiatives of Creative Projects
- Assist with internal creative or studio resources related to seasonal campaigns
- Support in the execution of campaign marketing programs (booking meetings, fostering approvals, etc)
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to production operations, including preparing call sheets, organizing files, and assisting with talent resourcing and bookings
- Support with post-production deadlines for steps such as approvals for selects and retouching
- Logistical problem solving to assist with transporting people, equipment, and/or samples to and from locations if required
- Assisting with optimal workflow for the creative and production teams to facilitate efficient job performance
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Fashion, Photography or related Print/Video/Digital program which has a formal internship/co-op requirement.
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Asana
- Adaptable and demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to respond to situations quickly
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of the fashion/retail industry is an asset

As the leading high-end men’s wear clothier in Canada, Harry Rosen has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Marketing Intern – Creative Project & Production Internship. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our creative and production teams. Working within a dynamic, agile environment, this role will work with multi-functional teams to assist with the coordination and production of creative concepts.
The successful candidate will have passion and expertise in organizing effective schedules and supporting creative marketing teams through the campaign lifecycle.
After training takes place, the successful candidate will work on a number of tasks and projects with guidance from the Creative Project and Production Manager.

Required: January 8, 2024 – April 19, 2024; (5 days per week; 9am - 2pm daily) 24 hours/per week.
