What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall process and workflow for creative projects
- Collaborate with channel owners and creative teams to define campaign assets and timelines
- Conduct weekly campaign check-in meetings to ensure progress
- Oversee campaign phases and asset deadlines, proactively communicating with stakeholders
- Maintain and update planning documents and campaign calendars
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in project management
- Strong scheduling skills with the ability to create work-back schedules based on launch dates
- Experience in process improvement and managing content-adjacent projects (blog, social, email, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Smartsheets and Jira / Atlassian
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills

- Experience in the educational technology industry
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with remote teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Familiarity with analytics, even if not required
