What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write compelling taglines, CTAs, and micro-copy for websites, landing pages, and digital ad campaigns
- Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials that enhance brand storytelling
- Collaborate with designers to ensure cohesive and conversion-focused creative assets
- Use performance data to refine messaging and improve engagement across campaigns
- Maintain a central copy library to ensure consistency and ease of updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in conversion copywriting, social media copywriting, or brand messaging (agency preferred)
- Proven ability to write short-form, high-impact copy that converts
- Strong understanding of creative best practices for major social media platforms
- Ability to provide feedback and perform light to moderate design work using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) principles
- Comfort leveraging AI tools for copywriting and testing
- A creative mindset with a deep understanding of social engagement psychology and visual storytelling
