What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own assigned creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timely completion while upholding brand standards
- Design and produce assets for various channels including print, packaging, digital, and in-store
- Assist with the creation and editing of social media content such as stop-motion, photography, and short-form video
- Write and edit compelling copy to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team on multimedia campaigns, photoshoots, and video production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or design role, preferably in a CPG environment
- Proven expertise in graphic design with a robust portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of brand identity and ability to maintain visual and verbal consistency across assets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with stop-motion, photography, and/or videography and editing
- Familiarity with platforms like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Experience with Digital Asset Management software such as Acquia, Bynder, Brandfolder, etc.
