      JOB TITLE: Creative Studio Production Lead

      LOCATION(S): London, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Halifax, Edinburgh

      SALARY - £71,000 to £100,000

      HOURS: Full-time

      WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

      About this opportunity:

      We're recruiting for a Production Lead in our Creative Studio at Lloyds Banking Group! The in-house team uses outstanding ideation, project management, script/copywriting, graphic design, film production, and motion graphics capability to enhance our Group messages internally and externally. Over the last 18 months we’ve built a strong reputation for quality and are used and deployed for all high-profile communications - the moments that matter!


      The Creative Studio is an advisor to GCA Partner and channel teams in monitoring the quality of creative, insight and output. This includes creative assets that are on brand, of high-quality and utilise best-practice for the objective and channel.


      As the Production Lead you'll hold a key leadership role in the team that will help us move to the next level. This role will be an all-rounder, equally capable of managing workflow, prioritising briefs with technical proficiency, and influencing and collaborating with team members at all levels as they are thinking/talking creatively.


      What you'll be doing:

      • As the first point of contact into the Creative Studio you'll see all briefs, connecting with customers to understand objectives and instinctively know how to bring them to life through different creative routes.
      • Lead and manages a team of 3 direct reports, coaching and developing them and embodying our values.
      • Work closely with our agency partners and freelance network to know their strengths and weaknesses, their service offering, how to get the best out of them and when to deploy them.
      • Challenge and interrogate constructively to make sure content and campaigns have clear strategic direction, objectives and impact.
      • Work closely with the Film Lead and Creative Lead to set the quality benchmarks at the highest level and help with QA, creative suggestions for improvements and review.
      • Be a brand guardian/champion with an ability to spot the subtle differences in accessibility and make sure work produced in-house and externally is consistent with the brand.

      What we need from you:

      Essential:

      • Decisive and confident in your decisions, applying sound judgement to complex tasks.
      • Be able to build rapport with people at any level and influence decision making with diplomacy.
      • Remain calm under pressure and able to adapt to a changing workload and environment.
      • An innovative problem solver who is able to bring a brief to life with creative ideas and technical understanding of delivery.
      • An excellent understanding of the Adobe suite and how the creative production process works
      • A background in communications, crisis comms, reputation management and improvement
      • An expert in how to build integrated and impactful communications within a Corporate setting


      Desirable:

      • Experience in an agency environment would be advantageous.
