- Overseeing and part taking with the day-to-day operations of creche, crafts, evening entertainment and immersive experiences, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Ensuring children are safe and we are delivering excellent customer service.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to front of house staff, promoting a positive and motivated team environment. As the reception and creative team, work closely alongside one another.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless communication and exceptional guest service standards.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, setting the tone for the team.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Taking part in check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Ensure the reception area is well-organised and reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.
- Taking responsibility for the ordering of stock supplies.
- Previous experience in babysitting/ child care/ crafting / family entertainment or a similar is essential.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and standard office software.
- A track record of successful collaboration across teams and departments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends and having a versatile role within the front of house team which will include a variety of roles.
