What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage credentialing tasks for assigned Medical Staff, including applications, reappointments, proctoring, and competencies
- Navigate multiple projects effectively while supporting a busy Medical Group
- Interface positively and professionally with physicians, management, and co-workers
- Maintain and communicate status of work progress and anticipate scheduling requirements
- Ensure timely completion of assignments with minimal supervision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience in Credentialing or relevant training and/or experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate status of work progress
- Effective communication skills in written, oral, and graphic forms
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on professional communication
- Demonstrated ability to complete assignments consistently without supervision
