  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians, managing the general email inbox and answering inbound phone calls
  - Verify state licenses, exclusions lists, DEA's, board certifications, and Medicaid/Medicare enrollment verifications
  - Enroll clinicians in Medicare and Medicaid in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  - Apply for state licensure for clinicians
  - Participate in pre-delegations and annual client audits
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma
  - 3-5 years of successful work experience in a credentialing role/department
  - NAMSS Certification as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) within 2 years of eligibility
  - Intermediate skills in Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Slide Presentations
  - Availability to commute hybrid to the employer's offices in Farmers Branch, TX
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a healthcare-related credentialing role
  - Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, Medicare, and Medicaid compliance requirements
  - Knowledge of claims management and roster creation processes
