What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle phone calls from stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
- Review, validate, and verify information through document review and phone calls to fund compliant deals quickly
- Resolve dealer inquiries not related to the funding process and maintain good relationships
- Manage license, title, audit, and inventory issues to keep the dealer’s pipeline open
- Welcome and onboard new dealers by offering initial funding assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent work experience, or 4 years of continuous experience in loan underwriting or document review in a high-volume call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability to work Saturday shifts and mandatory overtime during peak season
- Compliance with policies, processes, and legal guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret rules and guidelines to make decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience in a call center environment (required for candidates without a Bachelor's degree)
- Previous interaction with auto dealers in current or past roles
- Experience reviewing contracts/legal documents
- Ability to effectively communicate and handle difficult conversations professionally
