What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect payments on smaller and less complex customer accounts
- Negotiate payment plans with past-due customers
- Evaluate financial statements and customer information for credit recommendations
- Review account status and assist with account resolutions for misapplied cash
- Manage assigned accounts to maintain low levels of delinquency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in credit acceptance, collections, or customer service
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Experience in a similar role within the landscaping or supply industry
