      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform credit and collection duties for smaller and less complex customer accounts
      - Negotiate payment plans with past due customers
      - Evaluate financial statements and customer information to make credit recommendations
      - Review account status and assist with account resolutions for misapplied cash
      - Manage assigned accounts to maintain low levels of delinquency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience in credit acceptance and collections
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
      - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
      - Customer service experience with a focus on relationship building
      - Resilience and professionalism when handling difficult conversations
      - Negotiation skills and the ability to influence payment outcomes
      - Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
