What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete loan requests and reviews, focusing on moderate to complex credit levels
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis on new and existing clients
- Input information into financial spreading software and analyze trends
- Complete appraisal reviews and property evaluations
- Assist with various monthly and quarterly reports and business banking audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years of banking experience in lending, credit analysis, or trend analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to deal effectively with time pressures and stress
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business lending, credit analysis, or trend analysis
- Knowledge of Silverlake and Sageworks spreading software
