      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on credit exposure and portfolio performance
      - Manage a portfolio of counterparties through exposure tracking, annual reviews, limit management, and risk mitigation
      - Collaborate with treasury and risk management teams to improve and streamline existing processes
      - Conduct thorough credit risk analyses for new and existing market participants using established credit models
      - Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding credit and risk inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk
      - Effective communicator and team collaborator, able to build relationships across departments and with external partners
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in both quantitative and qualitative assessment
      - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with credit risk systems and reporting functionality enhancements
      - Familiarity with financial institutions and insurers for credit documentation compliance
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
