      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle phone calls from stakeholders, providing superior customer service
      - Review, validate, and verify information through document review, internet searches, and phone calls to facilitate compliant funding deals
      - Maintain relationships with dealers by resolving inquiries unrelated to the funding process
      - Manage dealer pipelines by addressing license, title, audit, and inventory issues
      - Assist in onboarding new dealers by providing initial funding support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of continuous experience in loan underwriting or document review and validation in a high-volume call center environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Availability to work Saturday shifts with a flex day during the week and mandatory overtime during peak seasons
      - Compliance with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret existing rules/guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service experience in a call center environment (required for candidates without a Bachelor’s degree)
      - Previous interaction with auto dealers in current or past roles
      - Experience reviewing contracts/legal documents
      - Strong critical thinking skills to apply rules and guidelines appropriately
      - Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
