  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Manage an accounts receivable portfolio and maximize collections through effective customer relationships
  - Utilize collection software tools to improve receivable delinquency and lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  - Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing errors, payment applications, and disputes in a timely manner
  - Proactively contact customers to collect past due receivables
  - Conduct account reconciliations and track disputed items for resolution
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  - 2-5 years of relevant experience in credit and collections
  - Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and customers
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

  - Experience with risk analysis and receivable collection
  - Familiarity with credit reports and financial statement analysis
  - Proficiency in PC literacy and general office skills
  - Customer service experience in a related field
