What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an assigned portfolio with proactive credit practices and accurate oversight
- Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management and best practices
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations
- Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes and escalate material credit risks as needed
- Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for various reporting cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of financial controls and related procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CCP designation or experience working in a publicly traded environment
- SAP experience
- Experience training or guiding others
