What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify accounts with overdue payments and maintain records of the amount owed and delinquency length
- Locate debtors and contact them via phone or mail to address overdue payments and determine the reason for outstanding debt
- Communicate with sales department and Operations team to maintain accurate and updated information on client accounts and payments
- Process customer payments, account adjustments, and customer refunds
- Review records for accuracy and handle disputes to ensure appropriate maintenance of account information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Good listening skills
- Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other laws governing debt collection practices
- Negotiation skills
- Patience and stress management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience
