What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Navigate computerized systems to respond to customer questions
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced call environment
- Utilize multiple systems to troubleshoot and document customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload for remote work
