What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries via telephone, digital, or chat channels using effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Assist over 100 customers per day in a fast-paced environment
- Address customer inquiries related to reward redemptions, card activations, and payment processing
- Utilize multiple systems for troubleshooting and documenting customer inquiries
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
