What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve indirect disputes through the e-OSCAR system, collaborating with credit bureaus and data furnishers
- Address direct credit reporting disputes from customers via phone, email, or letter
- Collaborate with business unit owners to determine the root cause of disputes
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer concerns or update credit reporting information
- Monitor and assess reported information with major credit bureaus to ensure accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of experience reviewing sensitive information and managing customer documentation
- Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn federal regulations related to credit reporting and consumer protection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Experience with the e-OSCAR system
- Familiarity with the Metro 2 format
