You’ll be assigned a project to work on and complete during the internship
You’ll showcase your project during a presentation to LendingClub employees at the end of the 10-week program
Learn best practices of business, data analytics, and leadership communication
Collaborate with your team and work cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, product, finance, and engineering
Improve the productivity and efficiency through Python automation programing
Create custom Python code for customer segmentation
You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, economics, or statis tics. Recent graduates are welcome as well!
You are looking for a data driven internship and have proficiency in SQL and Python
You are data driven and analytically focused
Passionate about customer problems and learning new technologies
You can think analytically and strategically, have a can-do attitude, are not afraid to ask questions, and can think outside the box
Eagerness to learn and contribute
Self-motivated and excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong interest in Fintech and LendingClub
Passionate about changing the banking industry
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

About the Role
Join LendingClub’s 2024 Summer Internship, located in the heart of San Francisco, CA. If you’re a rising senior or recent graduate looking for an opportunity Analytics, apply to our 10-week program. Starting in June and concluding in August, our Internship Program offers a rich environment for professional and personal growth.
As an Intern, you'll bring your passion, innovativeness and expertise to help make impossible happen and evolve with purpose. You’ll benefit from hands-on experience, lunch & learns, and shadowing sessions. Your manager, who will also be your mentor, will provide guidance throughout the program.What You'll Do

The internship is a 10-week program beginning June 3rd, 2024 and running until August 9th, 2024Work Location
San Francisco, CA
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $32 hourly.
