- Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
- Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
- Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
- Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
- Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
- Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
- Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.
- Utilization and knowledge of evidenced based interventions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Pay Range:
$60,000-$70,000 ( 3 Letter License)
$70,000-$90,000 ( 4 Letter License)
Unique opportunity working within the Jackson/Jennings Community Corrections Department as a member of the RCORP IMPACT grant. Centerstone's Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (R-CORP) IMPACT Team will work to establish and expand comprehensive substance use disorder (SUD) treatment in our rural communities. Our team will coordinate recovery and harm-reduction services, provide best practices workforce knowledge training, and connect anyone impacted by addiction to treatment, intervention, or recovery resources.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification
Years of Experience
Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Certification/Licensure
Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
