What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with project team members and federal staff in providing TTA to criminal justice audiences
- Stay informed on the latest research and resources supporting criminal justice practices
- Support special projects and priorities, including the development of TTA materials
- Participate in national meetings and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, administration, public policy, or related area
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in criminal justice coordinating and delivering TTA
- US citizenship required by federal government contract
- Public Trust security clearance required
- Knowledge of criminal justice social science research and evidence-based programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in strategic planning, change management, or organizational development
- Knowledge and experience with TTA at the national level
