      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead all TTA delivery efforts, including planning, organizing, and managing technical assistance services
      - Serve as a team leader for TTA specialists
      - Build relationships with clients and partners
      - Stay updated on latest research and resources in criminal justice practices
      - Participate in national meetings and conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, administration, public policy, or related area
      - Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in criminal justice coordinating and delivering TTA
      - Knowledge of criminal justice social science research and evidence-based programs
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
