What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process client applicant product requests within strict deadlines
- Retrieve information from files, computer records, and other documents
- Produce high-quality investigative reports in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with courts to retrieve necessary information
- Perform online searches, order court documents, and review researcher findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong internet research experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand legal terminology
- College degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with FCRA regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to pass security clearance for PERC
- Technical proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
