  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention to callers
  - Conduct outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis teams to promote safety
  - Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards in all interactions
  - Attend team meetings, in-service training, and quality assurance sessions
  - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
  - One year of relevant experience preferred
  - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  - Knowledge and competency in service linkage and referrals for community resources
  - Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in crisis intervention or mental health support
  - Familiarity with community resources and mental health services
  - Previous training in suicide prevention or crisis management
  - Additional certifications in behavioral health or related fields
  - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
