What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention to individuals in acute mental health crises
- Conduct outreach calls to promote safety for individuals assessed by mobile crisis teams
- Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical standards in all interactions
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and community resources to ensure comprehensive care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- One year of experience preferred
- Availability for the shift from 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM, Friday through Tuesday
- Strong customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Ability to effectively communicate through various methods (written, verbal, in-person, and virtual)

- Experience in crisis intervention or mental health services
- Familiarity with service linkage and community resources
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of ethical standards in behavioral health
