      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide crisis intervention by responding to incoming calls to the 988 Lifeline and offering immediate support
      - Conduct assessments of individual safety and level of risk using established protocols
      - Utilize de-escalation techniques to help individuals regain control during crises
      - Collaborate with individuals to develop safety plans and identify supportive resources
      - Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions and adhere to privacy regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in crisis or call center environments
      - Intermediate level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 coverage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in crisis intervention or suicide prevention
      - Thorough understanding of behavioral and mental health issues
      - Experience in a high-stress environment requiring empathy and compassion
